Howard is multi-sector developer with decades of experience and is renowned for identifying prime opportunities and executing successful ventures.

Howard was instrumental in bringing about  the Renaissance of the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis, performing historic renovations on the Cerasota, Standard, and Crown Mills, building the Whitney 5 star hotel, the Nicollet Island Inn and 416 units of multi-family housing.

Beyond Minneapolis Howard has developed 400+ Walgreens across 23 states and Puerto Rico, the Vail Four Seasons, and multiple giga-scale datacenter projects.

Cameron brings 15+ years of project and business development experience in the energy industry. He's driven by a keen awareness of the criticality of grid resiliency and applies this insight into development of large flexible load and capital-efficient, dispatchable generation projects.

Prior to joining Adakon, Cameron held Business and Project Development Leadership roles at NRG Energy, Foundry Digital, and several solar developers.  Cameron’s deep experience in the energy industry results in institutional grade solutions tailored to projects’ needs.

Collin contributes deep financial expertise to Adakon Energy Solutions, shaped by years of experience in banking, accounting, and corporate finance.

As a certified public accountant, he has led financial reporting and audit functions across various sectors, including financial technology, commercial development, real estate, government entities, and nonprofit organizations.

His data-driven mindset and cross‑industry experience make him a key driver in optimizing financial performance and supporting Adakon’s mission in power generation and grid optimization.

Kim brings 30+ years of experience in Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Industrial Real Estate. Kim delivers Best in Class Site Selection services with a history of working with Fortune 500’s on both their retail and industrial footprints.

Currently, at Adakon Energy, Kim leads our site evaluation team, serving HPC, Utilities and IPP’s.

Kim is also the founder of Diverse Daisies, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women from diverse backgrounds.

Jennifer has 20+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Process Design, and Strategic Organizational development within the financial services industry.

Jennifer’s strength in interfacing across large, complex organizations to drive strategic outcomes and program efficiencies brings a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders, streamline operations, and deliver high-impact results at scale.

Her extensive experience in enterprise-level program management, coupled with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, is integral to the success of Adakon’s operations.
